Questrails was born out of consensus, on the aim of eco-friendly hill tourism to develop and enhanced the potential of soft adventure sports and holiday camps in India. Consensus on one philosophy that is to try and give back to nature for all that nature has given to us and that is what keeps us here day in and day out. Spend some time with us and you will know why we are so passionate about what we do, what is the bigger picture we are a part of and why we have consciously made the choice of being where you find us.

Questrails is a Delhi based adventure sports and outbound outfitter with two functional Soft Adventure Holiday Camps in the Lower Indian Himalaya, Camp RapidFire, Rishikesh, Uttaranchal and Camp BodhiSatva, Rajgarh, Pradesh. Our core competency is white water river rafting and camping and any day that is the one things we are really proud of.

We are a dedicated team committed to our profession like ants. The team at Questrails is spearheaded Manisankar Ghosh with a five year white water experience and Tarun Kanojia. The support staff consists of Harish Kumar Negi (another one of the highly experienced river guides on the river with more than a decade of river rafting experience), Deepu Kumar (Junior Guide but spent nearly his entire life by the river Ganges since he was 9 years old) and Kamal Singh Rawat (currently a part of the safety crew and an aspiring Kayaker). Rohit and Praveen the Rock and Rope Instructors at the camp take the clients through a plethora of activities. Mohan the culinary brain behind the goodies that you get to taste on your trips, Jugal, Jaibeer, (camp assistant cook). Together we have entertained people from various corporate houses, schools and other educational institutions and many other folks who have been our guests and have come to be our friends for life and for good.

Over the years we have come to believe strongly in the following principles and followed them come what may.

To provide off beat and alternative tourism venues as opposed to the concept of  “Hill Station” Metro tourism and planned and ecologically healthy development of tourism in to the lesser known regions of Himalaya that nevertheless have immense tourism potential yet un-exploited. Today our focus is to explore the mountains deeper and deeper, look for new places and for our current set of clients. To Promote the concept of adventure tourism in the Himalaya providing both hard and soft options for all tourists types. The basic emphasis is on promotion of weekend getaways. Today we offer 15 days raft guiding courses to beginners so that more talent can be introduced to the sport. If you are really interested in the sport the best way though is to volunteer for operations. We are always on the look out for volunteers to learn from the industry by giving hands on experience in every field.
